The property is clean,quiet, and well maintained.The staff has been welcoming and helpful throughout the move-in process, and maintenance has been professional as well. Lauren and Allie in the office are amazing managers and take care of any issues that may arise in a very timely manner. Maintenance is also very good and prompt at maintenance request as well as being very clean. I would absolutely recommend this place as a home for anyone.

|Recommended: YesApril 8,2026 — Communication started off confusing because I spoke with 2 different ppl. It’s a clean spot, nice apartments. I was unaware that there were assigned parking spots that are paid for but I quickly learned when there was a respectful note from the assigned person left on my car. Someone did the same to me with my parking spot. Left a respectful note on the windshield no problem since. I’ve been here a little over 2 weeks, I hadn’t learned how to use the compact dumpster yet which seems to stay full by the way while the trash bill is added in your monthly rent. Overall it’s a nice spot right in town close to Walmart Sams restaurants and everything else really clothing stores .

|Recommended: YesMy son lives at these apartments and he is paying about 1200 mo. for his one bedroom. It is spacious and has been remodeled. Everything is new. The staff is very friendly. The grounds in his part of the complex are quiet except for some noise from the interstate, parking is covered and there is enough guest parking in his area. The only negative about this complex is that because it is so old, it requires a lot of maintenance with heating, air, plumbing, etc. and it takes several months for them to attend to things that are not emergencies, such as installing a ceiling fan, or a window blind, or a toilet holder. Fortunately, my son is very patient, but some of my older friends who used to live there for many years did get tired of waiting on maintenance.

|Recommended: YesAmazing Experience — This is hands down the best place I’ve ever rented, and I’ve been renting for 13 years all across town. The staff is incredibly well organized, friendly, and responsive, maintenance is quick and they also go above and beyond. The grounds are beautiful, and my unit was in almost perfect condition. I’ve been here for almost two weeks now and after the experiences I had in my last two rentals, I’m absolutely astounded and so relieved to be living in a place that genuinely cares about its residents. I would definitely recommend living here.
