|Recommended: YesHappy Newcomer — My wife and I moved here one week ago and couldn’t be happier with our decision to move from another Longview complex. Maintenance came quickly on the one thing we needed help with, and our apartment is perfect. Gracie in the office has been more than helpful. We plan on being here for a while.

|Recommended: YesParking — Parking is very bad I can never park close to my building I have parked at the exit gate several times and walked to my building 9 in the rain.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place, I Only Have One Complaint — Everything has been great here except for my smoking neighbors It has literally been making me sick and making my house smell like nasty cigarette's. Had a few hiccups with a few things but they were quickly fixed. If the smoking neighbors weren’t an issue this would be a 5 star apartment.

|Recommended: YesMove-In Special — There is a available parking for most buildings, however it can be difficult to find a place to park to load unload a truck during move-in. It's one way in, one way out, so there isn't room to maneuver around a truck, which means you have to be lucky enough to find multiple adjacent spaces open to pull in across them.
Sidewalks and parking areas get muddy after it rains because no one gets rid of the dirt.
Residents do not honor the speed limit. Speed bumps, please.

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments To Live In — I strongly believe Longfellow Arms are great apartments to live in. Staff is friendly and respond fast to request. No noise and the parking is close and plentiful. Apartment itself is also nice, warm and welcoming.
