Calling all food lovers and mac & cheese enthusiasts—Longfellow Arms is excited to host the popular Mac Daddy ETX Eats food truck on Friday, July 11th, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. This event is a great opportunity for residents to enjoy gourmet comfort food right on site.
Mac Daddy ETX Eats, led by Chef B - Mac, offers a unique take on classic mac & cheese, featuring bold flavors, creative toppings, and inventive combinations. Whether you prefer a traditional creamy mac or a crispy panko-topped version, the menu provides plenty of options to satisfy your cravings.
What to Expect
- Mac & Cheese Basics: Choose between creamy mac or a crispy, buttery panko topping, then customize your dish.
- Toppings: From crispy brussels sprouts and fried chicken to smoked brisket, burnt ends, and porchetta, there are a variety of toppings to enhance your meal. Additional free toppings include pickled red onions, green onions, jalapeños, and house pickles.
- Signature Mac Bowls:
- The Mac Daddy — porchetta, tomatoes, jalapeños, house pickles, green onions, and Mac Sauce
- Down South — crispy fried chicken, bacon, green onions, brussels, and hot honey drizzle
- The Smoker — smoked brisket, burnt ends, sausage, and BBQ aioli
- Other Menu Items: Grilled cheddar and smoked brisket sandwich, chopped cheesy burger wrap, "Mac" tots with pepper aioli, kielbasa puppies, and hot chips with cheese sauce.
